Tom Dobbs smiled and slid a brick of marijuana over to the officer as he pulls out a pen. "A small welcome gift from the Federation. It's less expensive than gold, and less messy than oil." Dobbs smiled as he signed his signature on the treaty, along with Minister of Foreign Affairs Slevin Kelevra, who was also present.
