That is the beauty of ours, unless someone declares war, the waters, save for the red areas, are free to travel. You will not be stopped, or tolled.

These are not territorial water policies set up to be unreasonable. All waters (save for in times of war) are open except for two incredibly small zones.

Are the blue zones closed to all military traffic, but not commercial shipping? And the yellow zones--you say they are closed during times of war. Are these times when you are at war, or the nations in question are at war? If it's a case of you being at war, we assume it would be closed to anyone except direct allies...

Blue zones are closed to military testing, such as bomb testing or large scale military movements, for the safety of the people inside, some military movement with prior alerts and okays , as well as any commercial ships are free to enter. The yellow zones are closed to people at war, to prevent any confusion as to our opinion on the matter, or if we are supplying the nation, and if we are at war. All waters, except red zones, are open to allies at all times.

OOC: Sorry, I have a big screen, and they are only about one pixel across. The green are just a few shipping lanes that go in between most of the islands
