Preamble
The Aqua All Stars (henceforth known as AAS) and The Phoenix Federation (henceforth known as TPF) sign this treaty as a recognition of the friendship and trust the alliances share. This is a written affirmation of the close bond AAS and TPF hold together.
1. Non-Aggression
AAS and TPF agree not to attack member nations of each alliance, or harm the alliance in any other aggressive action or public slander. Such actions shall be regarded as a breach of this treaty - should members of either alliance commit an offence as stated above, the relevant alliance will punish their member accordingly.
2. Intelligence
AAS and TPF agree to inform each other of any information that may be relevant or useful to the other alliance. AAS and TPF agree not to falsify, edit, or lie about any intelligence shared. Such actions shall be regarded as a breach of this treaty.
3. Defence and Aggression
AAS and TPF agree to grant immediate military aid to the other alliance should it become involved in a defensive or aggressive war, and the aid is requested. It is understood that an attack on one of the above alliances is an attack on both, and an attack by one of the above alliances is an attack by both.
4. Communications
AAS and TPF pledge to maintain courtesy at all times in public forums and shall discuss matters of military significance or political importance in private. Both parties also acknowledge the trust placed in one another in the form of a special communications section, to be set up at the discretion of either sovereign party.
5. Cancellation
Should AAS or TPF wish to cancel this treaty at any time, they must inform the government of the other alliance after the government has been informed, there will be a 72 hour grace period during which both alliances shall remain to uphold this treaty.
