No other positions are to be filled. I designate positions to be filled when someone is needed. Any and all questions regarding MI can be addressed to our current gov listed above.

The Committee, the Charter, and the CEO's administration will recognize this government if the following agreement is signed by the Hormones74 administration:

Transfer of Governmental Power
The Committee, the Charter, XRCatD the CEO, and his administration (EmperorVIcious, elborrador, and Aetherius Princeps) hereby agree to transfer all governmental power and all power to establish the structure of Murder Inc. to an administration led by Hormones74. In return, the administration led by Hormones74 agrees not to punish XRCatD or his administration for holding power. All signatories agree to the following:
A. Membership
XRCatD, EmperorVIcious, elborrador, Aetherius Princeps, Hormones74, and Mushi are all legitimate members of Murder Inc. None of them are to be considered ghosts or punished for the reason that they held a government with a domain that overlapped the domain of the current Murder Inc. government. Every one of them are full members of Murder Inc., with full priveleges and protections of Murder Inc.
B. Protection
XRCatD, EmperorVIcious, elborrador, Aetherius Princeps, Hormones74, and Mushi are all protected by Murder Inc. for the duration that they use the AA. An attack on any of them is an attack on a full Murder Inc. member, and will be treated accordingly.
C. Power
The administration led by Hormones74 will have all power that all signatories had, provided that this treaty is abided. If a clause of this treaty is broken, the signatory that the offense infringed upon may take back his powers. Conversely, if a signatory takes back his powers without the consent of the administration led by Hormones74, then the signatory is no longer guarenteed membership or protection.
As of the moment this treaty is signed, the administration is the following:

Hormones74 and his administration are allowed to change the administration.
D. Foreign Treaties
Foreign treaties signed by any of the signatories remain in effect after this transition of power.
