Sorry, accidentally pressed "new topic" instead of "add reply" to foreign aid section!

I'm a new nation at 3 days old and this guy who has been a nation for 44 days started attacking me to become more "powerful" when I was a day old! Well, since I'm new to the game, I really don't have much money saved up at all, so I'm asking for help. If you can help me my nation link is: Jenifer Thank you so much in advance!

Thanks for the heads up on this alliance. I wish there was some kind of alliance who could protect new players from people/alliances like these. I tried offering peace and my offer was turned down and he just kept attacking me, so now I have no other choice but to try to defend my nation... ugh.
