anniversary since its a leap year does that mean that i will get my bonus tomorrow instead of today?

Leap year doesn't make a difference.

The reason you didn't get the anniversary today had nothing to do with leap year. It to do with your nation's start time (6:37:03 PM). All nations with start times after 12:00pm (noon) receive their anniversaries a day later.
