Merdica, Tanis
It had been months in the planning, everything was in order. The man, Alahad Al-Jamid, a local dissenter in the bustling city of Merdica, Tanis. It has been about several months since the assassination of former President Tanissimo, the city was still a bit shaken up from that event. General security was tighter than usual... or so it seemed. For that last several months, Alahad had received generous donations from an unknown source to supply eventual campaign of terror in Tanis. The sum always came in $500,000 drop offs. Alahad and his 'gang' called the "The Sumatran Dragon" terror group. Mr. Alahad prided himself in being so sneaky and that the plan seemed so flawless. Alahad Al-Jamid took a quick look at his watch, only a few hours until a his stamp in history was made.
Yet what Mr. Al-Jamid didn't know was that he was being used deliberately from an outside source that had much power over Tanis to make a certain chain of events occur. What he didn't know was that Tanisian Intelligence Field Agents were planted inside his organization, but let him continue on his merry way. According to the one's funding Mr. Al-Jamid's "Sumatran Dragons" group was going smoothly and in a few hours something significant was going to happen all throughout the Republic of Tanis.

***Classified: Report to be burned upon read.***
The four-propeller plane left Tanisian Military Airfield enroute to Eastern Java. Under the cover of night, this flight left two days before the "Sumatran Tigers" were plotting their terrorist attack on various locations on Tanisian soil. The cargo of this flight was loaded with some crude missiles that were to be directed towards the nation of Kyokujitsu Teikoku. Plioted by Tanisian Intelligence Agents, they flew out into the sea between Whimisical Nation and Bonecrushers at a very low altitude, close enough to detail the wave caps. After a few hours aloft, they para dropped on the small island of Alor near Timor. TI Agents with their cargo of cheap missiles started to set up the launchers for them. They were planned to be launched after for several days at positions in Kyokujitsu Teikoku.

"Sir, an update on our recent operations." stated the Chief Intel Analysis.
"Not here, we have to converse in the Situation Room if we're going to talk about it." President Oharn Savalli said firmly.
"Yes, Mr. President." the CIA said.
*They walked to the situation room, about 5 minutes passes*
"So, how is Operation Fatal Dragon coming around?" Oharn Savalli inquired.
"The Sumatran Tigers believe they are ready to attack, as you suggested, we'll have a few of the attacks 'stopped' by our police forces, although we are going to allow them to make some to the 'large-scale' attacks they planned."
"How about the Tanis Intelligence Service Agents on Alor, how's their progress to get Kyokujitsu Teikoku involved?"
"Everything is going according to plan on Alor, they said they will have the missiles they were supplied with ready within 48 hours after our attacks. More C-130 flights are heading out later today to keep that operation stockpiled with missiles that will be launched several times a day at Kyokujitsu Teikoku. We are planning sometime more elaborate to get them "involved"." the analyst spoke confidently.
"Good report. I like to hear this, this will definitely spice things up here again... let's just hope no foreigners get antsy." the President pondered.
"Indeed, we are preparing the proper channels of communication in such an event."
"Good, good, we'll need it."

The room was dark and humid, it was about 6:00 AM. The house, was dark mainly, except for the various candlelights that were a lit, since the house was not hooked up to the power grid. Mr. Al-Jamid's house was situated squarely inside a shanty town on the southeastern outskirts of town. This was due to the sudden influx of rural famers streaming into various urban areas in Tanis, which resulted in poor, rural workers setting up home in run down, mishap housing formed by cardbox boxes and scrap steel roofing.
Alahad Al-Jamid lifted up his second-hand cell phone and uttered this short phrase, "It is time." He then proceeded to shut the phone and put it in his pocket. In about 2 hours, the morning rush hour was going to start. The Sumatran Tiger terror group that was based in Merdica left in various vehicles, laden with explosives for the cars, guns, and grenades towards their different targets in the capital.
Banda Aceh, Tanis - 8:20AM
The 3rd largest city in Tanis, the city was just awakening to the daily bustle of the outdoor marketplace, a man stepped out of his car, he wore an usually warm coat for such a day like today. The crowd flowed around him, jousting for a position in front of certain stands. Some of the police there did notice this unusual person in the coat and moved towards him. The lone man noticed what was going on, put his hand inside and produced a cell phone. He started to walk briskly away from his car and just as he finished his call, about 75 pounds of explosives detonated inside his vehicle that produced the first of three 100 foot fireballs throughout this fair city. Shrapnel spread everywhere as the car was loaded with nails, screws and little pieces of metal.
People within 50 feet of the vehicle were either vaporized, seriously burned, or dead. Sounds of agony, screaming and whaling could be heard at the marketplace, a place now filled with the sounds of death lingering everywhere. People started scattering away from the explosion, as for the man, he walked until he found a group of people and then press a button in which he blew himself up and killing about 25 people around him. Nails that were stuffed in his jacket spread it's projectiles of death in all directions.
Victims that were luckily enough to survive were hobbling away from the blast, the sirens from first-responders, ambulances and fire trucks that were to help the injured and the near dead.
As for the other two car bombs in Banda Aceh, one blew up literally in front of the Police Department leaving dozens dead. The last one blew up near a resort. It would take weeks to assess the numbers that died this day here.
Such was the start of the day of terror in Tanis.

Medan, Tanis, was a beautiful resort town on the Strait of Malacca, about 250 miles southeast of Banda Aceh. The Sumatran Tigers terror operations here got off to a rough start, it was done so intentionally. Police, by some sort of uncanny luck, in the members of the Sumatran Tiger's opinion were, way too hot on their trail. Many of their plots were foiled as they arrived in Medan, nontheless, two attacks successfully occurred outside the gunfights that occurred. One, was at a resort hotel. The vehicle in question was a delivery truck loaded down with explosives. It went towards the front lobby entrance and then blew up with the occupant inside. A massive explosion occurred, which made a 10 foot crater. It blew away the covered roof covering the driveway and structurally weakened the lobby area that it collapsed. In that moment hundreds were considered dead as electrical wires and rebar shown everywhere near the blast. The only car bomb, was in an ambulance that was dispatched to the resort, so a second explosion occurred, which decimated most of the emergency response team in Medan.
Merdica, Tanis - 8:25AM
The biggest terrorist weapon in the Sumatran Tiger's hand was a bunch of explosives inside a semi-truck, partially filled with a fertilizer. Like the attack in Medan that occurred a bit later, this one targeted a hotel. When the truck blew up, it literally blew away about half of the 7 story building. The blast partially collapsed the building, killing about 300-500 instantly. About 20 sucide bombers were sent throughout the city, but only about 40% of them successfully achieved their glorious goal. The local news was just picking up the news as the morning news was already made up the day before.

For the half-dozen members of the Tanisian Intelligence Service Agents on Alor, it was another causal, humid jungle day. Just this time though, they were setting up unprogrammed missiles that were to be launched at Kyokujitsu Teikoku. Hopefully, their actions would make them jump into an eventual war that powerholders in the Republic of Tanis were wanting. For the moment, they were completing the missile launching systems, which six were supplied with them.
City of Jakarta; Nation of Bonecrushers
A man, with steam-pressed business suit and a metal briefcase stepped into a bank branch that was functioning in Bonecrushers. He deposited another $500,000 to the "Sumatran Cancer Society" account, which was the front for the Sumatran Tigers terror network in the area. He made sure that no one was going to link this money from Tanis at all, since the man worked in Bonecrushers for many years, and even became a national citizen of Bonecrushers himself. But he worked for the cause of Tanis for most of his life even though he lived in a close, but foreign land.

Greetings, members of the press, citizens of the world and of Tanis. I announce solemnly that on this day, a group of people bannered under the name, "Sumatran Tigers" carried out over a dozen attacks in succession around 8:30AM our time. The casualties are listed well over a thousand. This is a day that cannot be forgotten, a day of victimization. We will find these cowards, we will bring to them to justice, we will find out who was funding them. As we speak, agents of the Tanis Intelligence Services are looking into who were the members of the Sumatran Tigers and who is possibly funding them.
In light of such an event, I have declared a state of emergency all across Tanis for the time being. A heighten state of alert has been issued for all foreign nationals in Tanis to be wary. Security has been beefed up in all cities. Schools will be closed for three days starting today.
The state of our military is already heightened, the Republic of Tanis now stands at DEFCON 2.
God help us.

TIS agents were scurring about the rubble of the Imperial Hotel about 36 hours after the attacks on the hotel. They hadn't found anything 'yet' on the Sumatran Tigers and their funding sources, although they raided the suspected houses used by the Sumatran Tigers in the area. Some of the busts were in vain, some, they stumbled on a cache of weapons, explosives, money, and a mobile phone.

Public Statement from the Republic of Tanis
Greeting, citizens of Tanis, I know you are angry and still mourning over the tradegy that has befallen our nation. Today though, agents that are a part of the Tanis Intelligence Services have found out the culprits behind the attacks. Locally, these attacks were carried out by the Sumatran Tigers terror group. However, they were backed financially, and very well financially I will add. Our investigation has found out that elements of the Sumatran Tigers finances were linked directly to various officials and businessmen of Bonecrushers. We cannot take these threats lightly.
It is hereby announced that we are mobilizing against the nation of Bonecrushers. We have declared war on you for being a state-sponsor of promoting terrorism. May God have mercy on your soul, for we shall have none.
Lastly, the current death toll has climbed over 800.

The spearpoint of the invasion was 122nd Airborne Division. The early morning hours before the seaborne assault would begin, about two dozen B-52 bombers left their respective airfields in Tanis en route to the preplanned bombing targets selected for them. It was to be a complete saturation bombing of every area they were requested to target. Various strategic targets such as roads, bridges, and some factories were destroyed in the early hours since their primary mission was targeting strategic sites throughout Western Bonecrushers.
Fighter escorts in the form of F-4 Phantoms were with the B-52s to provide limited strafing and bombings of military bases that existed in the region. Many Phantoms were successful in their mission, although several aircraft were lost or heavily damaged due to heavy resistance encountered near the bases.
Bonecrushers' defense were mainly situated near military installations instead of being the few nations that employed a war-time fortress of their nations. AA guns were blasting away at Tanisian aircraft and several SAM sites were activated, which unfortunately killed some of Tanis' bombers or aircraft. SAM sites that were exposed with a launch of their missiles, were quickly dispatched with a load of bombs from a Phantom.
Several dogfights occurred, some enemy jets found targets upon Tanisian bombers, but mainly they clashed with TAF fighters and the enemy was eventually defeats after some long airborne battles.
Tanis' Losses: five B-52s and eight F-4s
Bonecrushers Losses: Estimated about 14-22 fighters
