The Imperial Air Force and Navy gets Upgraded

During the last week the Imperial Air Force and Navy have gone through major upgrades. For one the Navy has brand new ships which are-

5 Warlord class Destroyers (Arleigh Burke class equivalent),
2 September Class Cruisers (Ticonderoga equivalent),
1 Osprey class amphibious assault ship (Wasp class equivalent)
And An assortment of 30 greenwater patrol boats

And the Air Force has also gone through a major upgrade with some new fighters and Bombers such as-

15 MiG 29's
45 MiG 15's
5 B-2 Spirit.

Though it is not world class but it is the best we can get so far. Also some more planes might be rolled into the Air Force soon.

In other news-

The Empire signs 3 new treaties the past week

The Empire which was newly founded signed some treaties to strengthen herself with great allies. The treaties were-

Protectorate-New Roma
ODP/NAP/Free Trade- New Shillan Empire
MDP-Forever Battlefield.

We are truly greatful that such nations believe we are close enough for such treaties and hope we can live upto the responsibility of fulfilling each of the aspects of every treaty.

The Empire Closes it's Water

The Cholan Empire has closed its waters for non-allies and has enforced it from today. "If any nation wishes to use our waters they will have to get a license." said Minister of Foreign Affairs Megan Fox. "While it is open for allies we really do not wish for ships to be using our resources and killing our oceans, seas for the safety of our marine life and our defense against pirates."said General of the Navy Alok Khamkeri.

New Fighter Crafts

The Imperial Airforce got designs for a new fighter aircraft from New Osea just before the war.The General of the Air force has no comment on the Specifications other then the name of the new fighter jets- Blur Fighter.

New Treaty for the Empire

The Cholan Empire signed a Non-Aggression Pact with Sarnian Empire after some talks with them.

The National Bank Is formed

Earlier today Minister of Finance Albridge Kevin unveiled the headquarters of the The Cholan National Bank. As of now all private banks have been closed and replaced by the National Bank.

The Government bans Private Companies without getting a License

Today the government has banned Private Companies which existed in the nation except for the few the Government requested. All foreign companies shall be allowed to continue selling their products easier now. All Private Companies have been taken over by the Government and it is re-building the salary structure to make all citizen's earn the same amount of money.

The Imperial Aeronautics has been Formed

Today with the Minister of Defense Raman Kolidharan unveiled the Imperial Aeronautics Limited. It is a government based company to build our own Aeroplanes.

Military Upgrades

The Cholan Empire today received 500 K1 tanks from the ranks of Shillan Empire. The tanks shall be called the Vijayanta Tanks once the production starts in the Cholan Empire. Also the Empire is testing out Leclerc tanks which should be operational within 3 weeks.

Empire Signs ODP with Cainan Empire

Yesterday the Empire signed an ODP/Military and Tech sharing clauses. The Minister of Finance said that this treaty would help both nations grow and bond together.

Government Passes Bill

Today the Government passed a bill stating-

No Cholan Citizen may earn more then 3lakh Rupiah annually. Anything more shall be taken away by the government for uses elsewhere. If any citizen is earning more then 3lakh Rupiah and is not giving it to the government all their personal property, money and items shall be confiscated by the government and the person is punishable by Death.

More Bills Passed

Today the Parliament passed two bills. The first one was called the "House Restricting Bill"

The Bill states- Anyone who wishes to build a house on Cholan Soil must follow these rules."

A house cannot be larger then 2000 Sq feet. It cannot have more then 3 Bedrooms, 1 Living Room,1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms. No swimming pools are allowed in houses.If any house is built and has broken even one of the rules such as 4 bedrooms instead of 3, The Property will be confiscated, turned into an old age home and the owner's assets will be taken by the government and the owner shall be sent to Labor Camps for work for a minimum of 2 years.

"Birth Control Act"

No family may have less then two children or more then two children. Each family must produce two children, 1 boy and 1 girl. If 2 boys or 2 girls are born one shall be sent to a government facility and then once 18 shall work for government offices.

Also the "Education Bill" and "Minimum work Bill" Was passed yesterday.

"Education Bill"

Every child from the age of 6 to 23 shall be sent to school and college. Till the age of 18 they shall study in Schools. For 5 years they shall study in college and they shall be allowed to start work with only a Masters degree. Any child who hasn't done the 17 years of education may tell the Police and their parents shall be sent to Labor Camps for life.

"Minimum Work Bill"

From the age of 23 to 30 every citizen of the Cholan Empire will have to work only in Government offices. They shall not be allowed to work anywhere else as long as an Cholan Citizen. Any citizen breaking this law might be punishable by 12 years in Prison, and 3 years at Labor Camp.

Citizen ID

Every Cholan Citizen will get an ID which will be linked to a main computer. Their names, age and house address shall be kept in the computer's hard disk. This way we shall know who has been studying for 17 years and working for 7 years in the Cholan Empire. Any citizen breaking the law will also be found out.
