Vaule calls a RUSSIAN summit:

The Government of Vaule extends an invitation to all members of the RUSSIAN pact to attend a summit in Vaule. We hope to discuss expanding co-operation and technology sharing as well as the future direction of the RUSSIAN pact.

The Slavorussian government hopes this meeting goes better than our last one. We have much to discuss and we hope to get the ball rolling very soon.

Vaule has called this summit mainly to discuss the following:

-Situation in neighboring Solamnia and its impact on Russian pact members

-Proposal for a RUSSIAN shared missile defense system

-Proposal of RUSSIAN joint military exercises

-Discussion on the future of the pact

-Demarcation of territorial waters (Mostly Vaule, Rossiskaya and Villarus)

-Discussion of joint Naval patrols in our respective territorial waters

-Creation of a system of Free movement of people throughout the RUSSIAN pact, within the context of each individual nation’s laws

-Proposed Joint base agreements (for ex. Vaule gives permission for FB to use a base in Novaya Zemlya, etc…)

-A common currency, that will not replace the currency of individual member nations unless they opt to do so.

-Construction of a railway network to link RUSSIAN pact members from FB to Slavorussia and so on.

-Discussion on the prospect of having partial Common law, between RUSSIAN pact members

-Rules for Extradition within the RUSSIAN pact.

Before we begin, I welcome any comments on the above, or any other suggestions of matters to discuss at this summit

Villarus is highly in favor of this, except perhaps the standardized laws. We would accept a set of economic laws that are standard, with more being added on an individual basis. We basically see this as the Russian Union that we proposed, except with better defense measures.

We would like to state that our waters are open, so Rossiyskaya won't have problems with connecting its mainland and island holdings, even though they have plenty of room regardless.

The only important thing is that we excercise jurisdiction over these waters, and can close them if times call for it.

This is pact is one of the strongest regional pacts. Although we havent faced much conflicts, we havent lost members nor have we broken apart. I hope that we can continue this and that we can all stay close. We are most willing to have joint projects with other RUSSIAN pact members.

We want to work together, so that we stay together.

The Vaule delegation most certainly seconds this statement.

Agreed. I think this is due in large part to us having a lot of internal interst when it comes to confrontations. We are lucky to have nothing but upstanding nations in this pact.

Well to get things started, I'd like to get a railroad going.



We would build it on collective funds, and have it stop every 20 miles. The taxation of it would go towards new RUSSIA projects in the future. This will lessen traffic and international civilian travel payments

Rossiyskaya would pledge funds to the railroad.
We are, although, highly displeased with Transhantaria invading the former Solumnia. We wish for this to be stopped.

It is unfortunate the situation in the east. Sadly we live in a world where the sovereignty of nations is not respected. We would recommend imposing strict sanctions on Transhantaria, and due to its unique geographical position near Forever Battlefield we could easily blockade Transhantaria and stop all imports and exports from the island nation.

We support this course.

We will obviously pledge funds to the railroad. We would like to make only one change. have it run from my mainland to my easternmost island, then to Novaya Zemlya, so that we have to build less bridge.

Slavorussia has already earmarked funds for the railroad, back when it was first proposed by Forever Battlefiend. We're prepared to begin construction as soon as possible.
