After many secret deliberations between the leaders of the nations of Gebiv, New Byzantium, Kamino, and Phoencia, a decision was reached. One that would perhaps be one of the most monumental decisions ever made in History. On that fateful day, the decision was undertaken to incorporate the four nations into a new entity named New Roma.



Each of the said nations shall become a province in New Roma, but they all shall send their representative to the New Capital, Rome.

All treaties held by the former four states shall be recognized as tying the nations to New Roma, and it is up to the other signatory to recognize New Roma and this treaty carrying over

New Roma will have a tetarchial system of Government, meaning that it will be headed by four leaders, one from each of the new 'Provinces'. The new country will be administered from the new capital of Rome. Yes, we will still get our information from BBC; it will still exist and function, so don't worry.

But much is undefined at this point, but we can clear that up as time progresses on.

Edit: Also I feel at this point we should look at a new form,ula for tech of joined nations as due to the differences it will get higher
