Because I'm rather unsatisfied with Dead Space, (the combat isn't that appealing to me, but kudos to the producers on the excellent atmosphere) I plan to return it for a refund of my $60, or at the very least, to get a new game for equal amount.

The two 360 titles that I have been tossin' around are Fable II & Gears of War II. Any idea on which one to buy, or a third or fourth option?

I've heard lots about it, but never much more than it's supposed to be a great game. I've never even heard of it until one of my friends starting spouting off about it.

Fable 2. I would recommend Fallout 3 but I haven't bought it just yet...

Fallout 3 is really worth it. I recommend it, especially if you like games with good atmosphere and combat which seems to be what you want. I hear Fable II is really good but the combat gets too easy.

That's what I heard mainly about Fable II - You get far enough into the game where, like the first one, the combat is void of any fun. In Fable I, if you got the SoA at the end, there's no living force in Albion that can stop you. :(

Although, it is fun buying up the whole town. :awesome:

I'll look into Fallout 3. Any other choices, other than Fallout 3, Fable 2 & Gears of War 2?

Those really are the best new games out right now, I think.

Also, upon searching EB Games I found these,

Just don't kill it off afterwords, hurts you profits (I had a 300+ killing streak going at one point)

Fallout 3, Gears of War, COD5, RA3, Mirror's Edge. Or hell, buy some older 360 games.

Fable 2 certainly looks fun, from watching my brother play. Haven't tried GoW2 but I imagine it's not a bad choice either. Fallout 3 is another top choice.

Didn't that one fall flat on it's face trying to do everything and winded up being good at nothing?

Does he have 2 controllers? Because if he does you can play with him, you would be his henchman.

Fable 2 is a great game, but GoW2 has unlimited multiplayer potential. It really comes down to whether you like shooters or role playing games.

My response to these things is starting to feel a little generic. :P

I like Shooters, and I like RPGs. I can't really just pick one randomly...and, I learned that even if I return my old copy of Dead Space (Brand New, cost me $60), I'll only get $25 back.

Shooters + RPGS = Fallout 3

If you played and enjoyed Bioshock, Oblivion, and STALKER then you will really enjoy Fallout 3.
