The Marquis' jet landed in Winnipeg, the jet skidded to a halt on the icey runway. The Marquis jumped out and was greeted by General Mikey Way, Air Marshal Davey Havock, and police chief Quin Allman. They then proceeded to jump in the car and head to the palace.

Marquis Chris 1:Evening Gentlemen, what seems to be the matter?

General Mikey Way: Theres been an issue sir, several members of parliment have been shot, execution style in the lounge room of their homes.

Marquis Chris 1:Good God, Whos dead and any links to who??

General Mikey Way:Donald Iero, Kaydan Griffiths, Bruce Bryan, John Rudd, Peter Townsend and Jaques Bonepart.

Marquis Chris 1: Sugar Honey Ice Tea, Quin any leads??

Police Cheif Quin Allman:No sir, we think it may be a Manitoban Facist Extremist group who is opposed to Cobarbarian Rule.

Marquis Chris 1: Great so 1/2 the f***ing countrys population are suspects.

Air Marshall Davey Havock: Sir we suggest that you stay at home with her untill this thing has passed over.

Marquis Chris 1:NO! I will do no such thing. To prevent such things happening to the other good members of the Parliment I want them under guard 24/7 and tomorrow announcing that I am dissolving parliment untill this unrest has passed.

General Mikey Way: If you wish.

The car pulled up to the palace. The Marquis jumped out of the car, turning to the chiefs he said "Good night gentlemen. I will see you at 8am sharp. Now if you dont mind I have bigger things concerning me at this poit as I imagine she will be very annoyed right about now"

The Marquis shut the car door before walking into the palace hoping that she would leave him aloe tonight of all nights.

8am the next morning, in the Palace Conference room.

Marquis Chris 1: Morning Gentlemen, Delightful Weather this morning.

General Mikey Way: Gotta love the snow sir. How did she take it when you got home?

Marquis Chris 1: Alright, better then expected. Now onto the important stuff. Is everything ready??

Police Cheif Quin Alman: Yes sir. We have police crawling allover the place.

General Mikey Way: And a platoon of the National Reserve.

Marquis Chris 1: Alright lets F**k this puppy.

The Marquis and the Cheifs then proceeded to head out to the stage and start the conference.

Marquis Chris 1:To the citizens of the Cainian Empire, international Dignatories and everyboby else in the world. To day is a sad day for the Cainian Empire. As you know several members of the Cainian Kansanedustuslaitos (Parliament) have been killed. Now we believe this to be the work of an extremist group, and because of this I here by dissolve the kansanedustuslaitos untill this issue is resolved. I did not wish it to come to this however it could not be avoided. We will find who did these heinous crimes and they shall pay. There shall be state funerals for those fine ministers to be held at their families discretion. Now I wont be answering questions as I have a country to run.

The Marquis then left the building dodging journalists and head up to the kansanedustuslaitos to start his first day as sole ruler of the Empire.

Police Chief Quin Allanman: "Hello Sir its Quin Allman, Sir we have a lead on who may have carried out the assasinations."

Marquis Chris 1:"Go on"

Police Chief Quin Allanman:"We believe it is an extremist group called the Hudson Imperial Power Hoarding Our People."

Marquis Chris 1:"huh?"

Police Chief Quin Allanman:"Thats what we thought. But they under go their anagram H.I.P. H.O.P. and they dont have supporters they have Listeners so they avoid detection from the police."

Marquis Chris 1:"Uh huh, and the lead is??"

Police Chief Quin Allanman:"We got a tip off in the North of the nation about a pirate radio station. So we tuned in and they were claiming responsibility"

Marquis Chris 1:"Right then I want them purged, private armies are against the constitution and therefore punishable by death."

Police Chief Quin Allanman:"We need proof sir"

Marquis Chris 1:"Fine, get the proof, arrest them and bring me the leader, alive"

Police Chief Quin Allanman:"Yes sir"

Marquis Chris 1:"Yay we understand each other, now dont ring again untill you have the proof."

He slammed down the phone. "Jesus Christ" he thought to himself "maybe this wasnt a good idea after all."

OOC:I know this sucked and it was a low shot at hip hop but i couldnt think of a better seperatist group.

2 Days Later, at the Kansanedustuslaitos.

General Mikey Way:"Sir we have the proof."

Marquis Chris 1:"Excellent, what is is it?"

The General then proceeded to hand the Marquis a picture


General Mikey Way:"We found these "troops" training up near Hudson Bay. We estimate there numbers at about 500."

Marquis Chris 1: "Excellent. Send a unit of the Sérstakur Gangur Hópur (Special Ops Group) to deal with them. But I want the leader alive."

General Mikey Way:"Are you sure this is the best course of action sir?"

Marquis Chris 1:"Yes now do it."

General Mikey Way:"As you wish Sir"

The General got up and left. Just after he left the Marquis turned around and said "Its ok hes gone. You can come out now."

Marquis Chris 1:"Pick up, Pick up"

General Mikey Way:"Hello"

Marquis Chris 1:"God damnit Mikey, a f*#king reporter got killed during the battle"

General Mikey Way:"What!? There was to be no one in the area."

Marquis Chris 1:"Well I just watched it on the news."

General Mikey Way:"Crap. Now what?"

Marquis Chris 1:"You announce your resignation from the military. Dan steps up, and because your CIC of the task force killed the leader they will be court marshalled and reprimanded."

General Mikey Way:"Thats it?"

Marquis Chris 1:"Not quite. You will also join the Social Democrat party."

General Mikey Way:"Why?"

Marquis Chris 1: "By the end of the week elections will be called and I need a good friend in Parliment."

General Mikey Way:"But why the SDP?"

Marquis Chris 1:"We both know the only three party's the public will allow to win are either the Monarchists, SDs or the Commies. So I need a friend in one."

General Mikey Way:"So its rigged?"

Marquis Chris 1:"Technically no. Im looking to strike a deal ifyou catch my drift. A monarchy friendly one."

General Mikey Way:"Ahhh ok."

Marquis Chris 1:"Oh and Mikey if you don't resign in the next 24 hrs you will be shot."

The Marquis Slammed down the phone and walked away

OOC: It's good, but if you want a story writing tip, a good descriptive paragraph can convey ideas better than 20 lines of speech. Ideally, speech should be used to move the plot along, rather than be the story, if that makes sense.

8am the next morining At the Blink 182 Memorial Army Base Winnepeg. OOC:This is public btw.

General Mikey Way:"Good morning Ladies Gentlemen and journalists. As you know last night near Hudson Bay there was a skirmish between government forces and a rebel group. With the loss of 30 troops and 500 rebles it was considered a victroy, until a news crew was accidently killed by government forces. Due to this I have decided to step down from the role of CIC of the Land force and quit from the military completely. I will be pursing a career in Politics as I will be joining the SDP and be helping petitioning the Marquis to resume parliment. Now I hand over the reins to the very able Leuitenat General Dan Whitesides."

OOC:Im making up for lost time here and im going off the 1 month=1 year so bear with me.
