The Federation of Independent Nations Aligned for Liberty, better known as FINAL, and Dark Serenade are proud to announce an infusion of new blood with the knowledge of experience...

Dark Serenade has agreed to don the FINAL name, and accept the FINAL Charter... Out of respect for our new brothers, FINAL hereby announces that henceforth, our standing army shall be known as:
