A computer announces:
ICBM Launch Detected: Incoming T minus 7. Target: Warsaw Origin: Deutschland
"Sir! The Germans...they're attacking us!"
Soon the whole map was lit up in more launching of shorter ranged missiles towards Poland, and Poland would nod and fire back.
The Armies mobilized here and there, and all went to Red Alert as they would get ready for a Mutually Assured Hell when the SDIs would fail to stop the overwhelming odds against them. Magnhild called out.
"Zamoyski! We are not in control! Something is firing our missiles by itself! We do not know what it is, don't fire!"
Had the Germans been hacked? Soon missiles started to be sent out towards other nations.
A disaster at hand.
Would it really be the end?

However, all the missiles launched by both parties exploded early, showing that in reality they were literally only ment to be fireworks.
Over in Berlin stood Zamoyski, Magnhild and Mannelig at a balcony in Martens Tower.
Mannelig spoke,
"We henceforth inform the world and all of our citizens of the Dissolution of the German Reich and the Polish Empire. We have merged in a Diumvirate, we are now one. There is no more Germany. There is no more Poland. There is only Greater Nordland."
Troops paraded through the huge area, and saluted in their direction, while the people everwhere were first surprised and then simply thrilled to hear the news.
"We share the same origins. The same ideologies. The same culture. The same goals. Now we are one: The best, strongest and most united country in the World and History, as Kaiser Martens himself once envisioned, we will NEVER be stopped and just as both Prussia and Little Poland rose against all odds to become greater states, it is now our chance and our time to seize History and change it! Vir är Nordlandirun! Zisammans zi ende!"

New Tigers paraded down the street. Some outwardly looked the same, but had inner improvements that made them slightly less heavy and somewhat cheaper to make, while having even a little more firepower and defense. Others showed that the Tiger Chassis was being adopted as an Universal Platform: AA Tigers with rocket-turrets were shown off. Others were APC tigers, SPG "artillery tigers", mortar tigers, and "Jagdtigers" ATG, which traded in the turret for a ridiculously strong gun and ridiculously strong armor without losing velocity, for the same price. Since the design had been so successful it was adopted as an Universal Solution. Plus now things in just a few months would be protected against any other special threats. The ground rumbled with the power of Soldiers and Machinery.
"Our currency will be Nordmarks, backed by Gold. Our capital will be Berlin while we construct Vanirlund to replace it, near the geographical center of our country. All our treaties carry on to this. The Leaders will be Zamoyski, Magnhild and Mannelig, however for fairness Frau Martens and Mannelig technically counts as one so people will be 50-50 to the former Polish and German peoples. Our official languages are Nordlandic, German and Polish. Only a bright future awaits us. Heil."

All Foreign Leaders and Representatives were invited to a party in Palast Ewigkeit, close to Martens Tower. Outside of it a Weapons Convention was also available. All costs on the house. Cake will be served.
Afterwards, the Merseburger Zaubersprüche were sang, while raising the Raven Banner. This was the Peacetime Anthem.
