After recent developments and numerous South American Countries stating their possible intention to use nuclear weapons in a war having to do with gaining land on the coast, the signatories of the American Treaty Organization have decided that ANY use of nuclear weapons will be seen as a direct attack upon the signatories of the ATO. I advise all other American countries to take a similar stance.
