Sub: Monos Archein announces protection of The Brain
In an effort to combat the effects of zombies throughout Digiterra, Monos Archein would like to announce the following protectorate agreement:

Preamble
The alliances of Monos Archein and The Brain hereby commit themselves to the following agreement in the interest of friendship, prosperity, loyalty, braininess, fun, and the destruction of zombies. It is with a sense of great dedication that the undersigned alliances agree to this protectorate pact.
Article I - Separate leaders and brains
Monos Archein and The Brain hereby acknowledge each other as two different entities - sovereign, separate, totally awesome, and equally lovable.
Article II - Mutual respect for intelligence
Monos Archein and The Brain will strive to maintain a peaceful coexistence avoiding free radicals, incarcerated radicals, and other offensive foreign objects. Neither of the undersigned alliances shall participate in any attempt to slander verbally or attack militarily the other. These alliances shall continue to act towards each other with mutual respect and honor. Should the two alliances have a disagreement, it should be handled in private channels.
Article III - If brains may be spilled
Monos Archein shall hereby commit to the defense of The Brain should it be attacked directly. Monos Archein will endeavor to resolve such situations diplomatically before conceding to use force. Although not required, The Brain may choose to defend Monos Archein if the alliance should come under attack. Monos Archein is not required to defend or support The Brain if the aggression was a result of a hostile action by The Brain that was not previously consented to by Monos Archein.
Both alliances agree to share any information that may convey a possible threat toward the other signatory. And our enemies, being naughty in our sight, shall snuff it.
Article IV - Increasing intelligence
Monos Archein hereby commits to the prosperity of The Brain as an alliance, a totally awesome alliance. Monos Archein will assume the responsibility of the growth of The Brain by offering aid, advise, guidance, and baked goods whenever Monos Archein's mother sends them an extra large box.
Article V - Temporary insanity and inter-alliance politics
The Brain hereby agrees to consult with Monos Archein before entering into any offensive war against another alliance and The Brain must notify Monos Archein 72 hours before hand (and foot). The Brain must never declare on another alliance without first discussing the conflict with The Archein and the remainder of the Monos Archein government.
The Brain agrees to consult with Monos Archein before signing any treaties with other alliances.
Article VI - Loss of brain function
In the unfortunate event that The Brain loses function and determines itself unable to function as an alliance, Monos Archein leadership must be contacted to discuss further options at least 24 hours before the alliance dissolves. Monos Archein hereby agrees to do everything they can in order to help The Brain avoid such events and calls first dibs on tech raiding slots should this be unavoidable.
Article VII - Succumbing to zombies
The undersigned alliances agree to give at least 72 hours notice before cancellation of this treaty and will provide the aforementioned baked goods as a means to lessen any and all hard feelings. This agreement is in effect until The Brain feels that they have outgrown the necessity of protection and guidance from Monos Archein.
