The Uberstein Empire claims all of Garretian land except for any land that is inside Estonia and Latvia. This was the original deal, and we will stick with it. All allies plus the participants in this meeting will be given tax-free use of Ubersteinian ports and waterways.

This deal certainly sound acceptable to us, leaving only the division of the remaining land between myself, Prussia and Poland.

I believe this is what we agreed to earlier, so it is only fair that I openly agree.

The Polish/Prussian division of Distopia and The Alexslands should be forthcoming, and will (I'm sure) influence the separation of Garretian lands.
