I apologise for all that I have been accused of... however I am not sure who I
have recruited and who I have threatened... being the friend and leader that I
am, I will gladly take my first and only zi in CN for my comrades. As promised
(I never break a promise) I will not fight back. again i apologise for
everything I have done. Also I agree never to Recruit members from alliances again. on behalf of KoA we apologize.

So peace should be declared no more attacks and peace between the 2 alliances except the 2 ZI's

Once their Zi'ification is complete, peace will be offered to all nations. However while we are Zi'ificating the two nations, no attacks will be launched against by Nebula-X nations against the rest of KoA

Hi, I'm the Grinch and I'm a bit of a Foreign Affairs Guru, some might say. I've done FA for plenty of sanctioned and unsanctioned alliances and I feel obliged to offer a few tips in order to turn this 'Diplomacy99' thread into a 'Diplomacy101' thread:

Not peacing out with the alliance until two of their members are ZI'd is ridiculous. Expecting those two members not to fight back is also ridiculous. I havn't checked, but seeing as these are two members of government I'd expect them to be two of the larger nations in the alliance. Basically you're asking to ZI the whole alliance.

Also: Knights of Cydonia - jumping into another alliances DoW/Surrender thread in an attempt to extort a bit of tech is just blatant tomfoolery.

It is not extorting. We had an agreement 3 days ago in which TCB witnessed and accounts for. Since that time no member of KoA has addressed it to us. We had an issue and agreement WAY before Nebulax X attacked them.
