Yes, that includes whatever the hell people are calling the Maroon war, as well as any outstanding conflicts we have from the recent big one. Notably, that's nations from Warlordz, Murder Inc, IDIOT, Orange Juice, TTK, CSN, and yes... even Nordreich. tl;dr: If you can't read something this short, then I truly do pity you.
