i am a nation that needs a small alliance to join with 1-10 members i am a little nation with out a home(dont try to attack because blackwater will help me)

well, its not exactly 1-10 members, but in ARES, we have like 25-50 members, and we value our position as a small, friendly alliance, that helps out all of our members. We have frequent aid drives, contests and other fun stuff. Plus, its a 3 million aid start if you do join.

The ITA, or International Tribal Alliance, is a 14 member alliance, all of them being beacons of truth, justice, and joy.

Rules? There are none! Do anything you want, as long as you don't hurt your alliance mates!

Would we have helped you? Possibly I suppose.. it depends on the situation. However the problem is you can't just run around saying "Blackwater will get you" when your no longer a Blackwater member, and left under the circumstances in which you did.

I suggest you continue to look forward and continue to improve yourself under the GDI banner.

If you would please, change your "Alliance Name: Blackwater" to reflect your new home.
