OOC: I know this may seem like im coping people but I will show why i've posted this at the bottom.

IC:
12:31pm Gracemeria, Market Square.

It was a bright sunny day in Gracemeria and many families were visiting the market stalls out on Market Square. There was a mix of people who were shopping, passing people who wanted a bite to eat and families that had taken out their children for a nice trip outside to see the different coloured stalls and to enjoy the sunshine. Business was blooming and the square was filled when a number of trucks tore into the square.

These trucks did not belong to the Estovakian military and then masked men jumped out of their vehicles and began to gun down the citizens. The people panicked as the terrorists opened fire on them with automatic weapons which left many lying dead on the ground. Shortly after their attack an Estovakian military patrol arrived but they were wiped out by the superior weapons of the terrorists.

Then as the terrorists climbed back into their trucks and began to drive off, two car bombs were driven into two seperate residential buildings which were soon encased in fire and smoke. There was very little left of the two buildings and nothing left of the two cars.

Emergencey vehicles and crews arrived at the scene of the attack as soon as possible and began to treat the wounded as best as they could. Estovakian military units took up position icase of any other attacks though thankfully no more came. So far the predicted dead is at 247 but is sure to rise as the number of people in the two residential buildings is found out.

President Clark has the following to say about the attack:
"This was a cowardly attack on our people by an unknown party, they have caused a large numbers of deaths that includes whole families. This attack will not go unavenged. Our military is even now searching for these terrorists and I promise you the people of Estovakia we will find them"

ic: The Slavorussian government sends its coldolences to the families of thoes who died in the attacks today, and offers totransport medical supplies from our Bhutanese base to Gracemeria. Estovakia has the full support of the Slavorussian Empire to track down and eliminate these terrorists.

We could mot have said it better than our Byzantine counterparts. Those who carried out this unlawful and vicious attack are lower than animals, and should be slaughtered like animals.

"Estovakia appreciates the words of support and the aid from our friends and allies. Those medical supplies will come in great use as our own medical system is quite inferior to Slavorussia's. So far no one has claimed responsibilty for the attack and our own forces are still looking for the terrorists"

In other news greenpeace protesters decided to protest about the state of the enviroment and suggested we spend at least one holiday doing what we can to limit the damage. With this being so soon after the terrorist attacks the president asked everyone to concentrate on keeping the nation running and it seems a majority of the population has agreed with him and are now working extra hard.

A suspected hideout of the terrorists has been located by our armed forces and plans are currently underway for assaulting the position as quickly as possible. It is hoped we can strike fast enough to catch the terrorists un aware and capture key personal and documents. Updates should be released shortly.

Also the final death toll for the terrorist attack has been calculated at 314. A day of mourning will be held in respect of those people who died.

The attack against the terrorist hideout occured with only the lost of two men to Estovakian forces. Three Terrorists were killed and another one was take alive and has since been sent to the capital for interrogation. We hope to learn a lot from the woman which will allow us to strike against the remaining members.

In other news the government has decided in the face of terrorist strikes and armed movements by some European countries to fortify the border to restrict entry to the nation. A number of armoure dtanks and infantry soldiers have been sent to the main roadways to lead into the nation where they shall set up checkpoints whilst engineers begin to lay minefields at the othe rminor entrances to the nation.
