I just got back from voting myself. Voted Liberal to make sure the Conservatives keep a minority. :v:

Americanas, just vote too. NO NULL VOTES!

The conservatives at most are only slightly right of the Dems. :awesome:

Also, damn you and your null vote, Spaniard!

I don't think even Harper with a majority government would go that far right. (I'm assuming a Rush conservative is far right, I've never heard of that description)

Also, lol Mastab.

I frequent torrent sites and I've been reading the NDP supports Net Neutrality... I don't care to find out much else about what they stand for because it isn't my country but...

When a political party knows the importance of a free internet... WIN.

You need a level of cynicism and stubbornness that, if it were to be injected into a clone, would kill it for being unable to absorb that level of said qualities.

Glad to see that we agree on that at least.

Conservatives will take another minority, and my riding is secured for the liberals.

Besides, I'm not sure i can vote, things tend to get weird when you hold two citizenships

This is my first election, I voted for Dion, because he is an honest and decent human being, if the liberals didn't have Dion and had Rae or something, I'd vote NDP.

Ehh...to be honest, I can't really think of specifics for the conservatives.. The Greens are well...you can guess. Harper's conservatives actually only released a platform only a week ago, so they really didn't campaign on much else other than "Dion is a risk we can't afford to take. Also, look at my soft new sweater!" whereas the NDP took to bashing Harper in liberal amounts to try and promote Layton for PM (lol). Dion traded blows with Harper and they mainly ride on their "Green Shift" plan.

Dion = complete moron
Harper = man who promises everything and gives nothing
Layton = Man who can promise anything because he will never be in power
May(?) = Smart person but bad party choice

Yea, that's one thing I noticed about May. She is the POLAR opposite of Palin. Palin is about as BAD a choice as America can get as far as female politicians on the federal level go. May is probably THE best female candidate we've ever had.

Agreed completely. When watching all the debates, and party elections, etc. I have come away extremely impressed with Elizabeth May. She is one of the most intelligent politicians I've seen in my life and its just too bad that she can only nudge the bigger parties in the right direction until the Green party becomes more of a relevant party. Hopefully they keep pushing the bigger parties towards more environmental ideals though.

If she had picked Liberals instead she would be elected in a flash, she is great from what I have seen.
