Greetings,
The morning of Oct. 10 one of our citizens:

recieved a message from a member of Ordo Verde:

requesting our help in going to war against the alliance Regimented Chaos:

Given that this query did not come from an established government member or representative of Ordo Verde, nor was made to a government member or representative of Avalon it was odd. Additionally no Avalon citizen has any prior relationship with the Ordo Verde member making the request, nor does Avalon have any past affiliation with Regimented Chaos or targets they are warring, thus making it even more perplexing. So we began investigating and found that Ordo Verde has several wars against Regimented Chaos for the reason of supporting Yuktobania:

This focused our research down as we have had interaction with:
Robert Price, Union of Yuktobania (tagged NPO applicant)

One of our members engaged him several weeks ago. During the fight an apparently RL friend of Yuktobania:
Larry Foulke, Emmerian Republic

Who was in one of Ordo Verde's parent alliances (Jade Confederacy) requested JCon intervention on behalf of Yuktobania against Avalon. JCon government refused apparently, and so Emmerian Republic took to sending several threatening messages to Avalon of his own accord, claiming that he had JCon and NPO support (as Yuktobania was a red team nation).
Prior to the commencement of attacks against Yuktobania, as per policy Avalon had recieved permission from the NPO Red Court to engage Yuktobania for egregious raid behavior, and when reverified they upehld to have no part. Our Minister of War spoke to JCon members (Lance and MCDuffy) on IRC about the issue, and they re-iterated that Larry Foulke was not given permission to write the messages nor was JCon going to war for his unaligned friend. Shortly thereafter the wars Yuktobania had ended so we ended ours and the matter was considered done with.
Thus our investigation leads us to suspect that this is not an official request by Ordo Verde, but rather some odd attempt by Larry Foulke and Yuktobania out of spite to manipulate Avalon into attacking other enemies of Yuktobania by using a new third party nation with a now different AA from JCon as the message sender (targeting only Avalon non-government members within NS range to engage Regimented Chaos Nations) after Ordo Verde turned down internal requests to engage Regimented Chaos in support of Yuktobania. Thus far one Avalon nation seems to have been misled into thinking we are ordering such attacks:

So I am writing to request if you can can confirm or deny any of these suspected conclusions we have and if you have any other knowledge to share, or if this is an actual official request for assistance from Ordo Verde. If so, Avalon would be only too happy to assist with hitting those low NS targets normally so troublesome to find nations in range of. Thank you for your time and sorry about the wall of text, in my experience it helps to be thorough and detailed when dealing with confusing situations.

Everything in the message above jived with what our own investigation was telling us. This whole mess started basically over a RL friend getting raided. As a result of this information I have made the following decision. The following members have all been removed from Ordo Verde on the basis of...
-Unauthorized wars
-Engaging an alliance of more than 8 members
From our own Charter...

"Members nations may only declare war in accordance with the rules, guidelines, and orders set forth by the Minister of Defense and the Council. Any engagement of warfare that deviates from said rules, guidelines, and orders is subject to individual punishment. Nations found in direct violation of the previous within one week of admittance may be subject to immediate removal from the alliance."

Here at Ordo, we believe in doing what is right and honorable. While we understand the meaning of friendship, we also believe in following the rules and regulations set out by our charter. These guys completely disregarded our rules. As such, they no longer have to worry about being governed by them.
Edit - As you can see from the message, Avalon was incredibly polite and informative. They should be applauded for their diplomacy.
