We thank the Crown Prince and the Empire of Gebiv for their great generosity in granting us our sovereignty; we look forward to continued excellent relations with our relatives who surround us like a fuzzy green blanket.

We thank all those who have recognised us, and will be exchanging formal amassadors with those who we do not already have one in place with AFTER the current global wars are settled. I am reasonably sure most of these conflicts are trending down and not upward, but a day or two to let things become clearer is in order.

I accept the Crown Prince's statement regarding our treaties, but despite the cease-fire offered by Gebiv to Tahoe, so long as there is still a conflict there with other UES members I stand by what I said previously(OOC: in the Tahoe DoW thread). I intend to fulfill the military obligations of the UES treaty to the letter. We will make a statement clarifying the reasons why in the next two days.

Regarding ambassadors, the UES nations should already have ambassadors with me, and vice-versa. Transvaal has already exchanged ambassadors with us privately. I recognise any nation willing to recognise ours, but with only a small number of exceptions, I will not be opening up relations with nations outside of Europe at this time. Promised Land, your nation is one of those; we will be in touch shortly.

Furthermore, we completely understand their decision to open up with relations with European nations only at this time. Should there be a time when they extend their foreign policy to the total international community, Realm will be waiting with an ambassador.
