Nueva Vida was pre-emptively attacked by Ragnarok, Mostly Harmless Alliance, IRON and Poison Clan as a part of the Continuum - BLEU war. We surrendered to these 4 alliances and have been under their protection ever since, in compliance with the terms of surrender. Both sides fought honorably and we harbor no ill will towards any of the alliances that attacked us. o/

As per the terms, we were to pay a total of 450mill + 2500 tech to IRON, RoK, PC and MHA. IRON and MHA later waived the reps reducing the total amount to 300mill + 1500 tech. With help from United Purple Nations, all the reps have been dispatched , thus completing our surrender terms.

After the war, some of our former government and veterans, De Caelo, Spoofmaniac and Owned-You, decided to travel to other lands trying to learn good things from other cultures in CN. They were some of the finest we had and we hope that they will come home soon.

Rin Heine, our Minister of Internal Affairs, resigned from his position earlier this week. He graduated in real life to the status of father and decided that he would need to devote more time at home.
