I find it awesome that you can send spies and change their desired government and religion but, shouldn't you, as the leader, have the ability to control what exactly the spies push for? For example, say their current desired government is a Monarchy and you would rather they want a Transitional government. You can then send spies to push for that government. Just a thought :unsure:
