Evidence:
1) You have already cancelled an aid deal between Great Surged Germany and Greece...as well as an aid deal between Great surged Germany and The empire of canada for using the same network.
2) The only aid deal that Great surge germany has that hasn't been cancelled is with The Great Empire.......and the great empire has an aid deal cancelled with Great Holy Germany.
3) I believe that all of thse may be on the same network and intentionally violating your "same network" rules.
