I am trying to replace improvements after the recent war. After getting trades back i now have:

Improvements Purchased 70
Improvement Slots Available 10

I have just bought 5 factories and then deleted 5 labour camps to collect a back collection.

I was then trying to buy the border walls before collecting and then buying the labour camps again.

However when i try to buy the border walls (I have 10 slots apparently as above) I get this error:

You selected to purchase Border Walls at $60,000 each. Please specify how many of this improvement type you would like to purchase.

Purchase Amount:



Purchase of 5 Border Walls at $300,000 is denied. That would put your nation over the limit for that improvement. You may only purchase 1 Border Walls at this time.

i bought the border walls one at a time, which it let me and i am now down to 3 slots (which i know is due to the pop affect of the walls)

You can only buy Border Walls one at a time.
