my problem is that i had a trade agreement with my friend (http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=266257) and today i was checking out my nation and found out that our trade was cancelled and when i try to send the trade offer i get this error (http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/oo19/guarichox/cibernation.jpg), the thing is we don't play in the same IP, he lives far away from me, what happened here? please help

You must have logged on at his house or vise versa. Just saying you didn't won't get it fixed; it isn't ever overturned.

that situation never happened.. and I know very well the rules and I do not want to harm my nation .. There are some way to solve this problem?

The system just has various ways to invalidate trades and such, and you can't fix that.
