In Recent Months there's been Some Problems in The Empire, in an Area called Ustio to be more specific. The People there have been campaignining for more autonamy from The Welsh Empire. So The Royal Polls Society asked the population a series of Questions...

1. Do you wish to control you own internal affairs

The Results were 88% in Favour.

2. Do you want full indenpendence from the Welsh Empire

In Which 22 Percent voted Yes.


So, I James Gilmore The Home Secretary of The Welsh Empire would like to announce the 'Special Region' of Ustio. They'll elect representative to an Assembly which can create laws and that sort of things. Internal affairs will become the Control of The SR of Ustio. ALL Foreign Matters will remain in The Senedd's Hands. Defense and All issues alike will remain part of TWE's Concern. Ustio CANNOT have it's own army.
