the District of York

Her Majesty, the Empress, and her husband do hereby open their doors for any foreign dignitaries who wish to join in the celebration of the birthday of their daughter, Victoria. A feast is being prepared by the Chefs of York and all are welcome to join in the festivities. If you will be in attendance, please RSVP within the week.

Our Secretary of Foreign Affairs will attend this matter as it is a fellow North American nation. He will have a contingent of 4 SPS Agents and can bring assorted alcoholic beverages if desired. The North American Liquor Company has many good selections of almost any type of alcoholic beverage one could think of.

Just don't let that alcohol get anywhere near Wallace. The last time he had any alcohol whatsoever, he got drunk and made a complete fool of himself at an important event...just saying the word "bozo" in front of him is enough to make him blush bright red.

I see. Hopefully his security detail remembers this as the alcohol will be free flowing and we don't know if the distributors can tell if it's him or not.
