My nation name has been duplicated in CN-TE. I've been advised the game was reset 9 days ago, and thats why my logon no longer works, I notice on the registration forum it states;

"Note: This will be your Ruler Name in the game. You cannot change it once you register so make sure you pick your ruler name carefully. No special characters. Do not steal names from CN standard."

Does this apply in this instance?
