OOC: This is just so the world knows, and it adds a little to the whole TWE/Kanteero deal

"It's nice to see you. However, before I left I was under the impression the Crown Prince had some interest in this meeting, where might he be? And yes, we do have a fair deal to discuss."

The Welsh Crown Prince walked into the room slamming the door behind him in annoyance "Your Highness" he said and slightly bowed his head, after obviously forcing himself to calm down. "I'm very sorry for my rude interuption, I hope you and Mr Jones weren't in the middle of anything, it's just that i've been given some disturning news that Kanteero is organising some sort of get together for his closest allies, we're led to believe that they'll arm and appose us as a front... This may just be intimidation, but we've GOT to sort it out now. They may even plan to Invade us!" The Crown Prince sat down on a chair, nervously awaiting the Empress' response.

The Prime Minister interupted " i've received a telegram from Mirreille who's asked if they can be represented at this meeting, i think they should be allowed. what are your thoughts on this?"

The Welsh Empire - Gebiv MDAP

Article I.
Recognizing that both parties share common goals and a stronger friendship, we undersigned delegates do hereby establish this treaty for now and for eternity.

Article II.
Recognizing that no one is perfect, and that no situation is perfect, a cancellation clause is established. Should either party, at any time, feel this treaty need cancellation, they shall send their rationale to the other party in the form of open letter, at which time, unless both parties agree otherwise, this treaty will enter a one-week completion phase, after which time it will be no longer in effect.

Article III.
Neither party shall engage in military acts against the other. Should either party err on this article, the aggressing party shall have 120 hours to condemn the action and make reparations. If this term is not met, this treaty shall no longer have effect.

Article IV.
If, at any time, one party is attacked by a foreign force, they have the right to request assistance from the other party, which must be granted. Any attack on one signatory will be considered an attack on the other.

Article V.
If, at any time, either party engages in a war of agression, and have informed the other party beforehand of this action, the party which starts this war shall have the right to request the assistance of the other party, which must be granted. If the both parties are not aware of the war beforehand, this article shall not apply.
