I would like to warn everyone that I have done a tech deal with the OP and he has yet to send me my 100 tech and kept my 3mill.

If he doesn't have a middle man lined up, then you may need to wait 10 days.

It's been over 20 days since I've sent him my 3mill. I've messaged him a couple of times to send it to me but he only read the message and didn't bother to respond. DO NOT DO DEALS WITH HIM.

not only that, but it seems like he has some multies.
