Official Coalition Nuclear Doctrine As the escalation of the current conflict has been under way for nearly 24 hours, our coalition would like to clarify our policy on the use of nuclear weapons. As has been standard in the Cyberverse since its beginnings, we will refrain from the use of nuclear weapons in a first-strike capacity. However, it is our judgment that in the interest of deterrence and strategic aptitude, it is imperative that we maintain a second-strike capability to as effective a degree as possible. To that end, let it be known that the official nuclear doctrine of the coalition will be one of massive retaliation. We will not use nuclear weapons in a first-strike capacity, but a nuclear attack sanctioned by any member of the enemy coalition will result in unrestricted, full-scale retaliation against all enemy nations. tl;dr: If one alliance nukes us, we go weapons-free on all targets, so get yourselves on the same page.
