Only one border wall purchase per day?

Since when was this implemented, why was it implemented and why isn't it in the game update log? It's screwing over my tax collection at the moment, a warning would've been nice.

im guessing it was implemented b/c there WAS a way to "cheat" the system.
if u had 2 improv slots open, you couldve gotten 2 walls immediately. but this doesnt take into account the population decrease caused by the 1st wall.
now, when u have 2 slots and get one wall, chances are that the population decreases and u cant get the other one

Oh, crap. You are correct. I thought it was limited to one purchase per day, which would be quite annoying. Sorry about this.. please lock this thread.
