The Perm City Accords

Preamble:
To guarantee the best possible rule for lgtromm we the undersigned hereby recognize our Mutual Friendship and will protect each other in times of need.

Article I:
The Undersigned agree to recognize each others Svereignity and not to participate in any attempt to undermine it.

Article II:
The Undersigned agree to share all Information neccesary for the others Internal or External Security. The Undersigned also agree to provide monetary aid in times of need.

Article III:
An attack on one of the Signatories will be considered an attack on all. In such a situation the other Signatories have 24 hours to prepare it's Military.

Article IV:
In case of Agressive Actions the other Signatories are encouraged but not forced to help the Agressive Signatory.

Article V:
This treaty cannot be canceled until lgtromm is completely Independent again or all Parties agree it's in the best interest to cancel the treaty.

Because of the Above Statement The Welsh Empire's Government Has decided NOT To sign the Treaty.

Plaid Cymru released this statement ''we want firm allies and do not want to be placed behind another nation in the pecking order. This treaty is not necassary and no longer deemed needed by the Welsh Senedd.''

Well it basically is and always will overrule a MDoAP as the treaty signed with Gebiv is a MDAP

Which is why we don't wish to sign it. We want our allies to put us first as we always make sure we're allied to nations we can put first. If you 'rank' your allies then there's no point them in being your allies. All our allied nations are treated the same.

Kanteero does not put me "first." If I were to attack you, the defense pact in your treaty would activate over the mutual agression pact in the treaty with Gebiv. They will come to your aid as quickly as they will come to ours. The only difference is that the Gebiv treaty is a little more specific on what actions are allowed by both parties. I do not understand why Kanteero would say it overrules it. Probably just a bad choice of words to get the point across.
