Since AFS and EQ first bumped into each other during an underground boxing match, the Allied Forces of Sovereignty and Equilibrium always knew their would be deals in the future. It wasn't long until there were party's, moniez and paintball XD So, the two shook hands and have agree to the following treaty:

Preamble
The Signatories enter this treaty, knowing they must abide by such principals set in place.

Article1: Non Aggression
Neither Signatory shall engage in hostile actions upon the other. Neither Signatory shall offer aid to an enemy of the other. This aid could be either Informational, Militarily or Financial.

Article 2: Optional Defense
Both Signatory's may choose to provide Military, Financial, or informational aid shall one signatory end up in a defensive war. This is Optional, and while it is recommended, not mandatory.

Article 3: Intelligence
Both signatory's agree shall one of them receive intelligence in which would put the other signatory at risk, to inform the other signatory.

Article 4: Cancellation
This document can only be canceled if both Signatory's agree that the document should no longer exist.

Optional defence? Is there really any point?

Seriously, every alliance has the option the defend any other alliance at any point in time. It's a fact. Putting this in writing is as useless as officially declaring that two alliances have the option to attack one another.

Friendship should come in an unwritten bond, not a superficial and non-binding agreement.
