A newscaster appeared in front of the DNN cameras, a lovely lady in a Grey suit with blond hair and blue eyes. "We're at the Dragonisian Supreme Court today where 5 Crimean terrorists are being tried for their alleged roles in the Prince Edward Island Embassy bombings. The court has convened in secrecy with only the Intelligence Officers of Prince Edward Island, Dragonisia, and 12 independent jurors present. It is expected to be an open and shut case with overwhelming evidence including video and photographic evidence of the terrorists caught at the scene of the crime and several witnesses placing them outside of the Embassy near the time of the bombing. It is believed the dissidents are distraught over their displacement from their former homeland. They are thought to be among the few who were discontent with the forced expatriation. The worst possible sentence of the crime of mass murder of 23 counts and political treason to the state of residence would be Military Execution, which is carried out in Dragonisia by firing squad and one bullet to the head." A man began to walk into the picture surrounded by reporters.. it was the chief forensics officer on the case.

"Shakal Grim.. can I get your words on the trial?" The newscaster asked.

"At this time I can't say much on the details as it would jeopardize our case, but at this point we believe we have more than sufficient evidence to get a guilty verdict. DNA has been found on some of the bomb materials and the video evidence will probably be the most conclusive for most Jurors. Please feel free to ask me more after the trial concludes in 3 days." The dark skin manned nodded to the camera, turned, adjusted his tie and settled his briefcase before heading through the double oak doors and into the courts. The doors opened to show two armed police officers keeping the courtroom clear. Inside, what little was visible was a bunch of empty pews and a few critical case related and processing personnel.

They have permission and the trial proceeds with all the evidence presented with the Prince Edward delegation having full access to all the evidence which leaves no doubt of the suspects' guilt. The DNA on bomb materials points conclusively to their roles. They show up on the embassy surveillance footage.. though lightly disguised. A 24th murder charge is leveled as further footage replay shows the driver of the bombing vehicle was shot prior to the C4 being planted in the back of the vehicle in many duffel bags at different times over several hours. The explosives were crude.. taken from a movie, the C4 was surrounded in ball bearings to maximize civilian casualties.

The vehicle belonged to an embassy staffer, which was why it had gone unnoticed for so long in a spot where it is typically parked.

The end of the trial, the Jurors all return guilty verdicts on all counts. The men are set for a sunrise execution the following day outside the nearest military barrack with no appeal.

An announcement was made by the Dragonisian head of Intelligence, Greg Mathers, "Based on the findings in this case, we are going to recommend, but not enforce, updated security procedures for all Embassies in Dragonisia that are positioned outside the Geodesic Center which will include internal compound parking so as to prevent htis exposure. We will help the embassies accomodate any expansion room they require to facilitate this update. Ignore the recommendation at the peril of your own staff. All Geodesic Center personnel will be required to park in the underground parking garage and the side streets to the Geodesic Center will be restricted to foot traffic only save for the parking entrance which will have guard to monitor entering and exiting vehicles. We will make this nation safer for all ambassadors by using the critical lessons learned from this case."
