-Ashphalt Infra Cost -8%
-Automobiles Pop happiness +3
-Beer pop Happiness +2
-Construction Infra Cost -5% (Any nation with less than 5 tech will be provided with tech for free)
-Fast Food Pop happiness +2
-Steel Infra cost -2%

As you can see,this would be an awesome trade circle and if you can change your team to white you will get a pop happiness +1 for every white team player in the circle
