As per our great and profound relations with the Black Defense Council, herby known as the BDC, we had to make a choice. That choice has been made. Through private talks with BDC, Element has decided not to activate our Optional Aggression. By allowing a spy to remain a member of the government, BDC committed an act of war on the New Pacific Order. However, Element retains The Black Matter Pact with BDC. We hope that once surrender terms are met between the NPO and the BDC that we can help them rebuild, and become the alliance we know they can be.

Because of the disagreements on this matter, one of our former members, Slimd316, is now an Element War target. Any alliance or nation that wants him, may do so. As much as it saddens me to say that, what must be must be. This is pending a release from NPO
