Green Sphere:
The Mean Green is dedicated to being in the green sphere we will in everyway possible get you to go green. As being in the green sphere you will be able to get trades very easily and not very long for a circle.

Admission.
I.To be admitted into the alliance you must be green or be willing to turn green and able to fill this out correctly. If you have lied about any information and we catch it, you will be Zied.

II. The Title of the application should be called Application[Your name here] and have all the information needed below filled in correctly.

III.All applicants should read this charter 3 times in order to get it into their mind and respect the rules.

IV. Applicant nations will have needed to met the following conditions before applying:
Nation team: green or be willing to go green
No affiliation with any other alliance
Not currently in any wars where they are attacking
Not in any other alliances

Nations granted membership shall be required to add "The Mean Green" to the "Alliance Affiliation" space on their nation's bio page.

Tech Raids
We allow tech raids as long as they are not in an alliance,not red or green, and you can have 1 tech raid at a time. You will be warned once for disobeying the rules.

Election:

The Mean Green will elect from among its membership to get Council members and Ministers. These elections shall be by majority 60% of the member nations, and will be held every two months. All that get elected will be admin and you can ask them anything neccasary as long as it is in there area or they will guide you in the right direction.

Positions Elected:

1. Council Members

The Council will be in charge of representing the people as a whole and helping make amends on the charter and will vote on important topics such as treaties and mergers.

2. Ministers

Minister of External Affairs duties will include assisting the Vice President and President to Foreign Affairs. The Minister of External Affairs primary responsibility is the maintenance of the Foreign Affairs of The Mean Green. This includes Welcoming and properly masking Foreign Diplomats, appointing and guiding The Green Ambassadors. He is also in charge of helping us write treaties for The Mean Green
Minister of Internal Affairs duties will include making sure our members have good trades and full trade slots, making sure all new members get aid in a reasonable time frame.

Minister of Defense will conduct such military Training for new nation to gain war experience. in time of war or high tensions the MoD will give orders to everyone on what to do. He will also make sure everyone has at least 6 days in bills. This position needs to have someone very experienced and skilled at it.

Minister of Education will make sure to make nation building guides for nations on how to conduct there nation in CN. he will watch over these small nations and guide them in the right direction.

Minister of Recruitment will make sure that he gets members to join The Mean Green if he needs help he may ask for it.

Deputies:
Any minister has the right to appoint a deputy in order to assist them in there work.
The Deputy will then work underneath the Minister who appointed him and will assist him anyway possible.

Rights for TMG Members:

TMG members have the right to speak whatever is on there mind except flaming.
Members can trade with whoever whenever. We do not care as long as have full trades.
Members can also vote for Council or Ministers.
Members can send aid to any nations as long as not a rogue and or helping a rogue.
Members have the right to run for government if they wish.
All members have the right to be treated with respect and courtesy by all others.

Expulsion:

You will be expelled from the alliance and more than likely be Zied if you do tech raid twice and once we warn you. If you do not obey the rules there will be major consequences. We give nations 15 days to become green and then after that they will be told to either change or leave the alliance unless you have been giving alot to be green and just havent been able to.

Amendments:

Any amendments must be approved my majority vote 60% by council,approved by Vice President,and then approved by The President before it can be edited.

Andromeda will expect full reps, rounded to the nearest 3 millionth, for any attacks or raids launched against TMG, TMG applicants, or TMG academy members.

Y'all still have a ways to go, TMG, but you've got enthusiasm and a lot of potential. I have faith that you'll become a great alliance in the coming days, weeks and months.

The sudden change after my post made me chuckle .
It's a good idea to disallow tech raiding for a while until they're a bit stronger and as such can carry the burden that comes with paying reps for trigger happy members
