If I read the carrier information correctly, you can purchase +5 aircraft for each carrier. I have 3 carriers, so I should be able to purchase 15. I can only purchase 5. Money is not an issue here.

... assuming those 5 Aircraft have actually been bought. Since the OP does not explicitly state that, I believe they have not been bought yet.

The base purchase limit is 50 aircraft. You do not have construction or the AFB wonder so your aircraft purchase limit with 3 carriers is 65. You have 60 aircraft now so +5 is correct.
