The Good, The Bad and the Ugly is the only one that really comes to mind. That and maybe Hang Em' High.

The little I do know about westerns is more about the old TV shows (like Have Gun Will Travel) thanks to my parents. <_<

3:10 to Yuma, Dances with Wolves, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (just because its theme song is by Marty Robins).

To be honest I don't really like Westerns much, but I love Tombstone and The Outlaw Josey Wales in spite of their genre.

Well besides the whole Man with No Name Trilogy (A Fistful of Dollars, A Few Dollars More, Good/bad/ugly), I can't believe no one mentioned High Plains Drifter! It's an Eastwood classic.
