They would study under the Panchen Lama himself in the Hall of Honor.
The Dalai Lama wishes the world to know that this is an open invitation to all nations, of all religions. Even religions that are not of the teachings of Buddha can learn how to peacefully exchange ideas and knowledge through respect and humility.
The nation of Tibet applauds Reach for this attempt.

Tibet is a sanctuary for people wishing to exchange ideas and to learn how to promote peace in the world. We welcome all, and all will be our honored guests for the duration of their stay, which is open ended.

Be advised of the terrain in Tibet, providing your own transportation isn't an issue, but make sure that it is climatized for the elevation and is an offroad vehicle. The majority of Tibet has little infrastructure outside of the capital city.
