Ragnarok

No need to go into great detail as everyone already knows why. With posts about disbandment and conflicting conversations and posts with NEO membership, Ragnarok has decided to proceed with it's attack on NEO instead of wasting any more time figuring out what exactly is going on.

Since several of you have decided that the NEO DoW was indeed a serious offense to your alliances and have decided to randomly attack NEO nations, we won't be staging the sort of blitz that we are used to pulling off. Instead, we have advised all Ragnarok nations that anyone flying the NEO AA is open game and those war slots will begin filling over the next few hours before they are all already taken.

We will be merciful. NEO nations will be advised to contact Ragnarok government in regards to immediate surrender if they so choose.

Glad you will be merciful, I doubt that NEO's membership reads these boards (I believe someone mentioned in the past that they don't) so hopefully the message will be broadcast that they should be surrendering and are, apparently, somewhat, maybe, disbanded.

I hope you guys get some slots on those that deserve it most, and make sure they know it

Really? I thought blaze was going for the whole "revolutionize CN" gig. I was assuming that if a member not in the alliance can declare war on behalf of them, he must have surely had some plan on counterattacks.
