We Are Perth Army, herein WAPA, would like to make an official apology to the Siberian Tigers Alliance, herein STA. WAPA acknowledges our unwise words and actions in the deterioration in the negotiations of peace terms set between the end of the Shark War and the recent Declaration of Peace. We apologise to STA for inflaming an already delicate situation and for any offence it caused.
