The Green Protection Agency is pleased to announce the completion of Article 1 of the Peace Terms agreed with the Continuum on 13th March 2008. The Green Protection Agency would like to thank the representatives of FOK, IRON, NATO, NPO, TOP , TPF and Valhalla for their efficiency and co-operation in supplying target lists for 70,000 tech in such a short timescale. The swift completion of this part of the Peace Terms is testament to the internal discipline and organisation of both the Continuum and the GPA, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the recipient nations for their tremendous help in fulfilling these terms. The Government of the GPA would also like to pay tribute to every one of our members who have worked together as a stable, unified alliance to complete these payments with time to spare and to build a better future. We would also like to thank GPA and Alliance rep reps as well as GRA team leaders for putting their time and effort into making this possible.

The Green Protection Agency looks forward to further co-operation with the Continuum in completing the remaining terms of the Peace Treaty.

I am happy to announce that the GPA has paid the full amount of its reparations to NATO. I'd like to thank the GPA for their efficiency and professionalism in getting the reparations paid in full and wish them good luck in the future.

GRA: Green Reconstruction Agency - We mobilized the entire membership of the alliance into 11 teams for the purpose of paying these reps and repairing damage. So nearly every member participated to some extent. gamer42-au deserves a special shout-out for organizing the effort in its initial stages.

70,000 is a boatload of tech but this lofty endeavor helped the GPA ban together and mobilize. There were many capable leaders who helped pull this off successfully and I am proud to call each and everyone of them brother (or sister. girlz play CN too).

And thank you to each of the Continuum alliances for working with us so well. Despite kicking our collective asses in the war, you guys are pretty cool.
