Can anyone help me? I deployed my military and want to bring the soldiers home. I looked under "Deploy Military" and it said "To bring soldiers home, reduce the number of soldiers that you have specified to be deployed" what does that mean???

Just deploy 0 soldiers and 0 tanks, or if you wanted to dismiss troops altogether put a negative amount in the soldier transaction field, so to decom 2000 troops you would put -2000, this automatically brings troops home.
