Hello,
For the past two days now I have not been able to login to my account on CN. On top of that, whenever I request a temporary password or that my own password be sent to me via e-mail, I recieve an error screen saying that the e-mail addres I give does not match the ID I give. I have tried several variations of my ID and password [my cookies were deleted] but nothing has yet worked.
Is there any way for me to recieve the information I need?

You'll have to go to this link: Password Request

The user ID you have to put in is: Ragnar the Red
and then you are going to have to remember the email you used.
And then type in the code.

This is the only way to do a password reset. Make sure you spell the username and your email correct.

Is the login case and space sensitive?
I've tried again with my ID: ragnarthered
and I have entered my e-mail correctly, and the code, but it still says that the information for the e-mail and ID do not match up
